Organised by creative brand AllRightsReserved and supported by “Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau”, the event is kicking off on 25 October, iconic IP & artists—Doraemon, KAWS & Sesame Street, Grimace, and LABUBU—will take over the harbour as giant floating inflatables, turning the city’s skyline into a surreal blend of art, entertainment and pop culture.Then on 1 November, the dreamlike parade fleet makes its grand voyage across Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.
