世界泳联透露了洛奥游泳达标规则的一些要点： ★游泳大项总人数限额为830，比巴黎奥运会进一步减少。 项目数量的增加 + 参赛总人数减少 = 需要采取更严格的人数控制措施，泳联为此大幅修改了达标流程 ★洛奥A标将基于巴黎奥运会*报名成绩*第14名，并根据具体情况对个别项目进行微调。以往的奥运A标是基于前一届奥运会实际*比赛结果*第14名，由于报名成绩第14名几乎总是快于比赛结果第14名，这意味着洛奥A标达标难度进一步提高（如图） B标比A标慢1% ★每个国家的人数限额依旧是26男26女。 ★新入奥的50米项目将采取特殊选拔机制❗️ 主要选拔赛事将是2027年世界杯，共3站，每站作为其中一个50米项目的选拔赛。比赛共4枪： 第1比赛日上午: 所有参赛者的前32名晋级 第1比赛日晚上: 32进16 第2比赛日晚上: 16进8 第3比赛日晚上: 前6名获得该项目奥运资格 其余奥运资格仅分配给其它项目达标的选手❗️ 通过世界杯入选的6名选手仍需遵守各自国家的选拔规则（因此不保证100%能入选奥运会） ★接力达标规则改变： 以往每项接力有16个国家可通过达标赛事（通常是奥运前一年的世锦赛）获得奥运资格；其它国家不可报名。 洛奥每项接力仅有12个国家可通过达标赛事自动获得参赛资格，但其余国家也可报名，只要能凑够人数。也就是说，每个接力的参赛国家数可能超过12甚至是16，但只有自动获得资格的12个国家可以（多）带 relay-only swimmer 每个国家可带的 relay-only swimmer 数量上限由以往的12人下调到8人 ★不限制选手的报项数量。一名选手只要通过一个项目入选奥运会，就可以随便报名其它任何单项，前提是不违反“每个国家每个单项最多2人”的基本原则
